2027 Parity Top 10 African American Males Luncheon Nomination Packet

Parity Inc. is announcing its Annual Top 10 African American Male Luncheon, where we will recognize ten men in the Greater Dayton Area who have made significant contributions to the community. The luncheon will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2027, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sinclair College Ponitz Conference Center, Building 12.

The mission of Parity Inc. is to collaborate with community partners to serve and advocate for socioeconomic equity within the African American Community. The Top 10 African American Male Luncheon is our primary annual fundraiser. The submission deadline for sponsorships is Friday, January 15, 2027.

Your partnership in this endeavor as a corporate sponsor will be greatly appreciated. Information about sponsorship opportunities can be found by clicking This link and is also located on the Top 10 page of the Parity Inc. website.

We also encourage sponsors to nominate individuals as Top 10 African American Males. The nomination deadline for 2027 Top 10 is midnight Monday, October 19, 2026.

Your generous sponsorship support will continue our endeavor to recognize ten outstanding men who have given so much to our community as well as provide operational funding for Parity Inc. programs that promote equity in our community. Parity Inc. is a certified IRS 501(c)(3) organization.

The 2026 Top 10 African American Luncheon will occur on Thursday, 11 February 2027, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Sinclair Community College Ponitz Conference Center (Building 12).
Please include the following focus points in the nomination in the fillable box below: (Note: some points will cover multiple focus points)

(Scored at 30%): Illustrate how the nominee has used his platform of influence within the Greater Dayton community or surrounding area to pave a brighter path for future generations of African Americans (e.g., activist, community leader, elected official, religious leader, and so forth).

(Scored at 30%): Illustrate how the nominee has used his talents as a volunteer within the Greater Dayton community or the surrounding area to pave a brighter path for future generations of African Americans (the response should include time and quality of the participation devoted to these efforts).
