Parity Inc. Community Partner,

Nominations for the Annual Top 10 African American Male Luncheon have now begun. This luncheon recognizes ten men in the Greater Dayton Area who have made significant contributions to the community. The event will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sinclair College Ponitz Conference Center, Building 12.

The mission of Parity Inc. is to collaborate with community partners to serve and advocate for socioeconomic equity within the African American Community. The Top 10 African American Male Luncheon is our primary annual fundraiser.

Your partnership in this endeavor as a corporate sponsor will be greatly appreciated. The submission deadline for sponsorships is January 16, 2026.

We also encourage sponsors to nominate individuals as Top 10 African American Males. The nomination deadline for the 2026 Top 10 Luncheon is midnight on October 10, 2025, access forms by clicking here or on the Top 10 page of the Parity Inc. website.

Your generous sponsorship support will continue our endeavor to recognize ten outstanding men who have given back to our community, as well as provide operational funding for Parity Inc. programs. Parity Inc. is a certified IRS 501(c)(3) organization.
